Please refer to the hotel Ts & Cs.  All hotels are now within booking cancellation period and 100% cancellation fees will be charged in case of cancellation or No-show.  Payment for all accommodation will be taken at check-in. No pre-payment is required for proceeding with booking your room. However, the hotel will require a Credit Card Guarantee the room.

Payment at Property. Your credit card may be partially charged prior to arrival. You credit card has been held securely for guarantee and cancellation/no-show purposes only. You are asked to settle the charges at the Property, at check-in via your preferred method of payment - credit card, cash or EFT. Should you wish to pre-pay your accommodation, please request a credit card authorisation form by writing to arec@f2t.com.au. The form must be filled out and returned to the same email for acknowledgement. Should the details on the form not match the credit card used as guarantee, the form cardholder may be contacted directly by the Property. Should you wish to extend your stay to pre/post the official AREC dates, this can requested only via Free-2-Travel (F2T) - Accommodation and Registration Partner. The same rates may be applicable for up to 3 days pre and post official AREC dates however are subject to request in writing to arec@f2t.com.au, pending availability and confirmation. Cancellation within 30 days prior to check in, including no shows, the guest credit card will be charged 100% of the total accommodation booking. Upon check-in all guests will be requested to provide a credit card for pre-authorisation for incidental charges incurred during their stay of $100.00 per night. I have read and understood the Property booking T&C's. Please note individual Property T&C's - you will also receive these terms via following email. FYI - DELEGATE REGISTRATION T&C'S AS FOLLOWS. You must purchase your Delegate Pass separately. Payment Terms Full payment must be received at the date of registration to secure your ticket. For online credit card bookings, you will receive an email confirmation with an enclosed tax invoice. No entry to the event will be permitted for attendees who have failed to pay. Cancellations/Refunds If you cancel your ticket: (a) 6 weeks prior to the event, you will be entitled to a full refund; (b) less than 6 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to the event, you will incur a $300 cancellation fee and the balance of the ticket price will be refunded to you; or (c) within 2 weeks of the event, you will not be entitled to a refund, however, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Ticket Discounts and Discount Codes Discounts are available for bookings over 50 delegates. Please email tret@tret.com.au to discuss if your group qualifies for a discount. No refunds or reimbursements will be made/given for the difference between the ticket price paid by you and any future ticket discounts or offers made by TRET. Gold Pass + Accommodation Package Specific Accommodation: Standard package stay dates are 2-nights of check-in 29 May 2022 and check-out 31 June 2022. A 100% cancellation fee applies from 15 April 2022. Tax Deductibility Conference fees and associated travel costs are generally tax deductible. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor. Force Majeure If TRET are unable to run AREC2022 (be that on or off-site or through audio-visual presentations) due to acts of God, exchange controls, export or import controls, any government restriction (including border restrictions and/or closures), wars, hostilities, blockades, civil disturbances, revolutions, strikes, terror attacks, lockouts, pandemics, severe transportation difficulties or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of TRET, delegates/ticketholders shall be notified of such conditions by TRET and advised of a re-scheduled conference date once practicable. Delegates/ticketholders will have no claim against TRET, McGrath Limited or its subsidiaries as a result of such conditions and the decisions of TRET in these circumstances. Program Disclaimer Speakers and programs are confirmed at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. In the event that a speaker fails to present at AREC2022 due to illness or unforeseen emergency, TRET will attempt to provide a comparable speaker. No refunds or discounts will be given to delegates/ticketholders as a result of a change to speakers. Onsite filming and Photography You may be photographed or filmed whilst attending AREC2022 and purchase of your ticket implies your consent for TRET to do so. In this instance, TRET may broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without compensation. TRET and any third party who has the right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise staff at the information desk. Data Capture By registering for AREC2022, you agree that your personal data will, subject to McGrath’s privacy policy, be captured within our secure online database. Exhibitors that you engage with onsite will have lead generator devices that enable them to capture your contact details with your relevant consent. By providing your details to Exhibitors, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with that Exhibitors relevant terms, conditions and privacy policy. TRET is not liable for the use or disclosure of any data as a result of you allowing an Exhibitor to capture your details and personal information. Privacy Policy McGrath Limited and its related bodies corporate (including but not limited to Total Real Estate Training Pty Ltd (ACN 093 918 122), franchisees, agents and brokers (McGrath) collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, so that we can provide our products and services relating to our conferences and events, and to tell you about our products and services. Without your information, we may not be able to provide you products and services, you may not be able to attend our conferences and events and you may miss out on receiving valuable information from us. We may disclose your personal information to companies in the McGrath group, to relevant government agencies for verification of CPD requirements and to third party service providers who may have servers located overseas such as in USA, Europe, Japan and Philippines and you consent to these disclosures. You have a right to access your personal information that we hold and may ask us to correct this.
