As a registered attendee of the PM/One Conference (the Conference), you agree to the following:
GENERAL
1. Bolded terms throughout this agreement bear the meaning set out in Schedule 1 to this agreement.
2. Unless otherwise defined, the term “we” includes the Conference Host, the Conference Manager and the Conference Venue.
REGISTRATION DATES
3. First Release registrations will be accepted until 8th July 2025.
4. From 9th July 2025, the standard registration fee will apply.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
5. All cancellations of and amendments to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Host at events@f2t.com.au
6. Cancellations received on or before 14th August 2025 will be refunded in full, less a $150.00 administration fee.
7. No registration refunds will be made after 15th August 2025
8. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for payment.
9. A substitute delegate may attend in your place by prior arrangement where deemed appropriate and made in writing to events@f2t.com.au.
PAYMENT
10. Registration can only be made via the online booking site – credit card via Eway, or Eway payments.
11. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) / TOURIST REFUND SCHEME (TRS)
12. All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless otherwise specified. GST applies to most goods and services in Australia.
13. The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) is administered by the Australian Customs Department and enables travelers departing from Australia to claim a refund of the GST and Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) paid on goods bought in Australia. For detailed information on the TRS visit the website of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Services of the Australian Government.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
14. Credit card: Only Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted via Eway.
15. Payment by cheque or electronic fund transfers available on written request to the Conference Host at events@f2t.com.au
PRIVACY STATEMENT
16. Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches), 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
17. The Conference Manager will comply with these legislations and is committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
18. The Conference Manager will not sell your personal information to third parties.
19. If you believe that any information the Conference Manager hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Conference Manager, who will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice in writing at events@f2t.com.au
20. You have the ability to opt out for notifications from event Sponsors at the time of registration. By opting out, your data will not be provided to Sponsors to contact you post event.
Why do we wish you to provide your information?
21. We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Conference and to facilitate your participation in the Conference
22. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will be used for the purposes listed below.
23. You can give or withhold your consent for any or all of these uses.
24. We will be unable to forward any information relating to the Conference or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to receiving any electronic communication regarding the Congress.
What we will do with your information?
25. Your information will be used:
a. For planning and conduct of the Conference including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
b. In the Delegate List and App published for the Congress.
26. Your information may also be:
a. Provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Conference or other similar events;
b. Used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.
27. The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are:
a. The Conference Manager;
b. The Conference Host;
c. The Conference Venue;
d. Delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Congress; and
e. Any future organisers of the Conference or similar events.
28. The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.
29. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Conference Manager at udia@dgglobal.com.au.
30. You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Manager at udia@dgglobal.com.au.
INTENTION TO PHOTOGRAPH
31. The Conference Host and Conference Manager have arranged for photography onsite throughout the event. The images may be used for post-Conference reports, case studies, marketing collateral, social media content and supplied to industry media if requested.
32. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please inform the photographer and move out of camera range.
SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
33. The Conference Host and Conference Manager reserve the right to cancel or vary social functions if minimum numbers are not reached.
34. No refund is available if you cancel your attendance of a social function or additional ticket to a social function after 15th August 2025.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
• Room Type: King Room (Single Occupancy)
• Rate: $320 per night
• Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is available at an additional $35 per person, per day. This will be charged upon check-out if selected.
Payment Instructions:
Please provide your credit card details. These will be passed directly to the hotel for processing. Payment for your accommodation will be charged within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
• Pre-payments are refundable up to 15 calendar days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Stay Extension:
If you would like to extend your stay, please provide details in the free text field at the bottom of the page.
FORCE MAJEURE
35. The Conference Manager, the Conference Host and the Conference Venue, are not responsible for either the partial or total non-performance of the contract in the event of accident, an act caused by a third party, such as Acts of God including, without limitation, credible threats of natural disaster in the geographic vicinity of the hotel, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, governmental travel advisory, a governmental elevation of the terrorism alert level, civil disturbance, the issue of a travel warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause comparable events or disaster beyond the parties’ control which:
a. Prevents the Accommodation Partner from accommodating you; or
b. Results in the Conference being cancelled by the Conference Manager, the Conference Host or the Conference Venue.
36. The Conference Host may at its entire discretion repay the delegate fee or service charge paid by the delegate, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such delegate fee or service charge, and shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate, as the result of the happening of any such event.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:
37. Registration fees do not include insurance.
38. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include:
a. Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Congress,
b. Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason,
c. Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia,
d. Failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay,
e. Force Majeure or any other reason,
f. Medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover),
g. Loss or damage to personal property,
h. Additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered,
i. Medical expenses.
39. The Conference Manager is not responsible for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
COVID-19 SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
40. You acknowledge that the Conference may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government directions or regulations may be in force regarding the number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself). If that is the case, then the number of persons permitted to be in or around the Conference Venue may be affected, resulting in the Conference Host or Conference Manager being required to or deciding to:
a. cancel or postpone the Conference or part of the Congress;
b. reduce the number of persons who may attend the Conference or part of the Congress;
c. change your seating allocation; and/or
d. change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the Conference or part of the Congress;
41. If the Conference is postponed we will honor your tickets for the new Conference date. If you are not able to attend on the new date, you can request a refund in writing by contacting the Conference Host at events@f2t.com.au.
42. You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event.
43. If you are attending the event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must: (a) make the contact details of your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so); or (b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly.
44. All attendees in your group, including yourself, must commit to stopping the spread of COVID-19. If at the time of the event, either you, or any other members of your group are feeling unwell or are subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period, you agree not to attend the event. If you do attend the event, you agree to assume all risk associated with COVID-19.
