At EventsAir & Free 2 Travel, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration. 

The following statements describe what we are doing with your data and how long we store it so you are fully informed prior to you submitting your personal information for event registration.

Once your registration is submitted, you have the right to:

• Ask us about your personal data at any time.
• Withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time. This means Free 2 Travel won't be able to secure your travel (accommodation, flights, transfers).
• Request that we forget (anonymise) your personal data.

Why are we processing your personal data?
We ask for your personal data to facilitate your travel bookings for this event. 

Distribution of Data
We will need to share appropriate data with third parties in order to process your registration. These third parties may include:

• EventsAir – Registration Platform
• Venues and event suppliers as applicable  
• Free 2 Travel – Appointed Registration Manager 
• Accommodation & Travel Providers

How long will we store your personal data?
Free 2 Travel will need to keep a record of your data for up to 18 months after the conclusion of the event. Your credit card details collected will be permanently deleted after 30 days of the conclusion of the event and we request that all suppliers delete details 60 days post event.
